Asta Sales is an integrated OSS & BSS solution that supports the complete process of selling products, both goods and services, that starts with customer registration and ends up with payments acceptance. In particular, it enables registering customers and managing customer relationships, defining product catalogues, marketing products and conducting market surveys, offering and ordering products, charging service usage, billing services and issuing invoices, as well as accepting payments and dunning for amounts due. Asta Sales features workflow and warehouse capabilities and can be further extended, e.g., to support logistics processes.
